Pilates Circuit Class

Rotate through a series of stations featuring the Reformer, Stability Chair, Cadillac, and Mat---each designed to challenge and support your body in a different way. This dynamic format keeps things fresh and fun while building strength, balance and body awareness. Perfect for those who love variety and want to explore all the Pilates apparatus in one session.
Private Session
1-on-1 Pilates session offers personalised instruction tailored to your individual needs, goals, and fitness level. You will be guided through a series of exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. You’ll work on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Stability Chair, focusing on proper technique and alignment. This intimate setting allows for real-time feedback, modifications, and a deeper understanding of your body’s movements, ensuring an effective and engaging workout experience.
